Restructured and Repositioned the company from a second-hand office
furniture sales outfit to new furniture retailer.

up of new computer network, hardware and software (mainly PC’s and
Novell) within office structure in 3 operations centres (Brussels,
Antwerp and Paris). Implemented Backup and Recovery systems all
interacting with a fourth location )headquarters in
Brussels).

Company repositioning and relocation.
Selling second-hand office furniture in its early days, the company
was selling new furniture at discounted prices.
The consumers’ perception was that these were second-hand goods and
a marketing shift became necessary.
It was my role to define the strategy, determine the budget, assign
the roles, organise a complete marketing and advertising campaign
and finally relocate the business to premises more suited to their
product image to justify a price increase which lead to higher
profitability.
